Ingredients
- 2 ounces egg whites
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup honey
- 2 ounces smoked honey simple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 ounces whiskey (of your choice, preferably bourbon or rye)
- wood chips (preferably hickory or mesquite)
Instructions
- Place honey and water in a medium sized grill-able bowl or tray on your Gravity Series Charcoal Grill + Smoker. Smoke at 225˚F for 10 minutes.
-1/4 cup Water
-1 cup Honey - Remove from heat, stir and refrigerate until use. Simple syrup will stay fresh for up to 1 month.
- Combine whiskey, smoked honey simple syrup, lemon juice and egg whites in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
-3 ounces Whiskey (of your choice, preferably bourbon or rye)
-2 ounces Smoked Honey Simple Syrup
-1 1/2 ounces Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
-2 ounces Egg Whites - Strain into two glasses and enjoy.
