Bacon Wrapped Side Of Pork

The drippings from this delicious pork roast will add an amazing flavor to your potato wedges. Roast them together!


  • 1 bone on pork side roast
  • 2 lbs (1 kg) bacon
  • 12 potatoes – cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper


  1. Mix olive oil, soya sauce, chili sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat pork side liberally.
  2. Wrap pork side in strips of bacon and place in the middle of a large grill topper roasting pan.
  3. Lay potato wedges with any extra bacon around pork roast where it will roast in the drippings.
  4. Season potatoes with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast at 350°F (177°C) for 1 hour or more, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (74°C) next to the bone.
