Smoked Potatoes

SERVES: 6 | COOK TIME: 30-60 min | METHOD: Smoked 


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 6 baking potatoes
  • suggested wood for smoking: hickory chips


  1. Wash and slice potatoes into ½ inch slices. Place on foil.

  2. Lightly season with olive oil and garlic salt or substitute your favorite herbs and spices.

  3. Place foil on rack in smoker at 225°F for 45 minutes.
