Description

Inspired by the bountiful force and agriculture of the Etna volcano that dominates the island of Sicily. The Etna oven is a hand-built Italian hearth-style brick oven designed for interior and exterior residential use. It features a tiled or stucco finish to the dome facade with a steel semicircle arch opening allowing access to the hearth.

Features

The Etna Duo is a hand-built Italian hearth-style brick oven designed for exterior residential use. It features a stucco barrel vault facade with a granite countertop landing. The decorative cast-iron arch opening allows access to the hearth at 20.5” wide by 10” tall. The oven hearth is designed & manufactured in Modena, Italy as a solid, single-piece refractory or diameter measuring 35.4” while the Etna Quattro is measuring 43.3". Wood fuel is combusted directly within the hearth which maximizes energy eciency and power.

Adapted from our commercial line to be more compact, whilst maintaining the same power and capabilities as our professional ovens. Indoors or outdoors, this addition will be the focal point of your home.


Metal Frame & Wood Rack

The reinforced metal frame provides solid support to the overall structure while also allowing for a tidy firewood storage spot underneath the oven for year-round usage and protection.

The oven hearth is designed to be a solid, single-piece refractory floor providing an even distribution of heat across the baking surface, preventing hot and cold spots.
This oven gives you all the advantages of a professional pizzaiolo working with a premier oven.

Customize The Exterior Finish

Select between a variety of rustic stucco colors or from our imported Venetian tiles. Both are incredibly durable and extremely resistant to blows, abrasion, and heat.

This oven is supplied with an internal chimney system with a UL-listed spark arrester. The oven shall be installed per local & national codes. The chimney must terminate to a chimney cap with a UL-listed spark arrester. Installation requirements may vary depending upon the desired chimney run.
