Include chopped carrots and the pre-made herbs in the dish. Create a braising liquid with red wine and beef broth and place the dish on the middle rack of the grill at 300°F. Cover with foil and let it braise for 4 hours. Once finished, take it off the grill and remove the meat from the bone before serving.
