Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 3 cups red wine
  • 1 bushel green onions
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 rack beef ribs
  • 4 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

    Once the grill has reached 350°F, quickly sear the carrots and brown the beef ribs. When the beef has been browned and the carrots have a nice sear, transfer the beef to a glass dish and set aside. Include chopped carrots and the pre-made herbs in the dish. Create a braising liquid with red wine and beef broth and place the dish on the middle rack of the grill at 300°F. Cover with foil and let it braise for 4 hours. Once finished, take it off the grill and remove the meat from the bone before serving.
