Bayou Classic Aluminum Pots
Traditional stockpots used as Bayou Boilers have been handcrafted by artisans in Lourdes, El Salvador, for more than 30 years. Boilers are made by hand from flat disks of 99% pure aluminum that are spun on lathes, turned, trimmed, and polished to durable standards that are not present in modern mass-produced products. By making their heirloom-caliber items available to our clients, Bayou Classic is pleased to support these talented artisans and their communities.
