Built-In

How to Choose the Best Built-in Grill?

Cooking surface - You want a good size. Keep in mind it’s much harder to upgrade a built-in grill. Multiple, independent cooking surfaces would help to cook different kinds of meals at different heats.
BTU (British Thermal Unit) -Typically, a grill with between 80 to 100 BTUs per square inch of the cooking surface will provide fast and consistent heat.
Materials and Construction - You want it sturdy enough to survive outdoors. Stainless steel construction gives durability and style. Cast Aluminum withstands temperatures around 900*F. For carts and other painted model grills, galvanized steel is ideal.
Extras - Some grills might come with extras, but typically built-in grills focus on being good at their primary function as grills instead of bells and whistles. Extras are great, but don’t compromise on your first choice.
