When I recieved my new grill and it had some minor damage as a result of shipping. I contacted support about the damages and I recieved replacement parts in a couple of weeks. I am very happy with the grill and the quick response grill collection made in response to the damaged parts.
This grill is absolutely spectacular for the money. I did much research regarding gas grills in this price range and this model won over grills double the cost. Almost no hotspots, tremendous cooking area for indirect cooking, the infrared burner is my new goto for searing steaks. The lights are pretty cool, but for me they come in super handy at night. No longer have to grill in the dark with illuminated knobs and interior lighting. Honestly I would recommend this grill to anyone who's in the 3-5k price range

First off, I have used the rotisserie several times for both skewers and a bird and it is fantastic! The rear burner is exactly what is needed to get juicy food with crispy skin/marinade that you actually taste vs. charred spice. It is also very low mess compared to the rotisserie setup of my inside oven so I'm using the grill a lot more than I thought I would. After having to fix a read panel from a fork lift incident and then plugging in the lighter wires correctly (they were assembled before being sent to me but the wires were shoved in on the side of the metal tongue so the lighters weren't working initially), the grill has been great! My only issues with it are the proximity sensor doesn't seem to work anymore (after a week) and the main burners have hot sections. I can deal with the lights by manually turning them off (procedure in manual to reset doesn't seem to work). The hot spot is tougher as it has me using only 2/3rds of any grill section depending on where the hotspot is for that burner (even after pre-heating for 15 minutes and making sure the burner defusers/covers were level as suggested in the manual). If I could work this out, I'd easily call this a 5. For the money, though, I expected relatively even heating from the main burners. As an example, I had a sausage partially on the super hot zone that was slowly cooking in the cooler part and blistered black/exploded on the hot part. There is a significant difference in the heat for that section.
