The Pellet Smoker Series was designed to make smoking easy. A simple touch of the dial lets you smoke, sear or roast. Use the preset temperatures and let the grill take the hard work out of cooking or use the digital control display to maintain the temperature at anything from low and slow up to a searing 600F. Constructed from heavy-gauge steel, these durable performance grills are built to last.

Regal Pellet 500 Pro

The Regal™ Pellet 500 PRO’s body is constructed from 2mm / 14 gauge steel with 625 sq. in. primary cooking surface, 240 sq. in. stainless steel secondary cooking surface, and heavy-duty 9mm stainless steel cooking grids. The Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth®-enabled digital interface provides enhanced temperature control to smoke, roast, or sear. This innovative product comes fully equipped with a powerful auger, 22 lb capacity pellet hopper, a removable drip tray, 2 electronic meat probes, stainless steel rotisserie kit, and our patented Roto-Draft™ damper system. The Regal™ Pellet 500 Pro also includes a fuel sensor, fold-down front shelf, and locking casters.

	Stainless Steel Warming Rack The grates on the Broil King® stainless steel warming run front-to-back instead of side-to-side, making it easier to slide your spatula under food. In addition, the raised back prevents food from falling off of the back of the warming rack.
	Ash Management System A clean burn pot ensures consistent performance and sifts ash easily into the ash catcher, which forms part of the Pellet Grill's ash management system. Regularly remove ash for better performance. The ash sifter ensures that your burn pot is ready to perform with every cookout, without needing to remove your cooking grids and heat plates. *Patent Pending Design
	Pellet Hopper The Regal Pellet Grill's high-capacity 22 lb (10 kg) pellet hopper holds an entire bag of pellets, plus the roughly 2 lbs that you may have left over from your last cookout. On the back of the hopper you'll find the dump-out access hatch from where you can easily empty out the pellets when you want to change up the flavor, or simply to prepare for long-term storage of your grill.
	Meat Probes Two stainless steel electronic meat probes connect directly to the Broil King® controller allowing you to monitor not only the grill temperature but also the temperature of the food you're cooking. Watch the progress on the digital control screen or Broil King® app!
	Regal Digital Controller Featuring a deluxe, WiFi and Bluetooth®-enabled appliance control panel, the Broil King® pellet grill is at the command of your fingertips. It displays the current and target temperatures for the pellet grill as well as two temperature probes. Three integrated quick-set buttons enable you to easily select a smoke, roast or grill setting while appliance-style toggle buttons let you select the temperature in either broad, 10-degree increments, or more precise, 1-degree increments. The ultra-bright, angled back-lit screen is designed to be easy to read during the day or at night.
	Heavy-Duty Burn Pot The heavy-duty stainless burn pot is designed to let your Broil King® pellet grill reach a scorching 600°F (350°C); perfect for searing steak. The burn pot's venting system quite literally generates a small cyclone of searing fire. To take the heat while delivering the best possible performance, the burn pot is crafted from extra-thick stainless steel and has an overall diameter of 3.5 inches (8.89 cm).
	Premium Rotisserie Kit Combined with the powerful 15,000 BTU stainless steel rear burner, the Broil King® rotisserie is perfect for slow roasting even large cuts of meat. The kit includes a sturdy spit rod, two heavy-duty meat forks, a unique counter-balance mechanism, and a powerful motor with an auto-reverse function. Use the incredible range of control to get the perfect golden brown results.
	Pellet Grill App Download the Broil King® app for the full Broil King® pellet grilling experience. The app lets you control your grill from anywhere so you can set target cooking temperatures, start cooking programs, and even browse pellet grill recipes and FAQ's. The primary reason I chose Grill Collection is because they had the item I wanted in stock where other sites selling the same item wasn't available till the end of the year. I had already purchased the unit from another website and I really didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund and then waiting for the refund and then turning around and purchasing another unit somewhere else. I purchased the unit from the other website previously because their website said I would receive the unit by the end of July. When the transaction was completed and they finally received the notice from the manufacturer the shipping and receiving dates changed. It was now shipping by Nov 27th and receiving by Dec 2nd, basically I would be waiting half a year to receive my order so that wasn't going to work. By then summer is over!!! Second and most important reason I chose Grill Collection is because of Erica's awesome customer service, many many thanks to Erica for her service. She finalized my decision based on many factors besides the fact that I'm an Amazon Prime Member and paying through Amazon would work for me as well but also these reasons: 1. I had a fantastic experience with the Grill Collection. First when I was shopping online for the Napoleon Prestige 500 grill you had the lowest price online. I was shopping late on a Saturday night and was not expecting anyone to be available to chat to answer some questions but someone was available (I forget his name) and he answered my questions so I placed the order that day. Lastly I know most of these were taking 4 weeks to ship but you were able to ship mine in under 3 weeks, sooner than expected. Post order support was great as well. You should be very proud of the service you provide, few companies have people online available to chat at on the weekends and shipping sooner than expected is rare!

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
