Use an Infrared back burner to cook something hot and fast to brown the surface and to seal in the juices. Sear Burning Briquettes and Warming Racks are dishwasher safe. This grill is often used with natural gas or Liquid Propane Gas.
Kokomo Built-In KO-BAK Series BBQ Grills are available in 26", 32" and 40" sizes. This BBQ Grill is also available in Freestanding models.
