Warranty

The performance, workmanship, and materials in the cabinet are guaranteed for one (1) year when used for the purpose and under the conditions for which it is designed.

The manufacturer will replace any part found to be defective (upon examination by the manufacturer) at no charge when such part is returned to the manufacturer with transportation prepaid.

All electrical parts are guaranteed for ninety (90) days.

All warranties are void if dry ager or parts are damaged by accident or misuse.
The description and specifications contained in this literature were in effect at the time it was approved for printing.

The company reserves the right to change specifications or designs without notice and without incurring obligations.

The Dry Ager line that is manufactured by Woodland Manufacturing Inc. carries a 1-year limited warranty from the date of sale, to the original owner only, against defects and workmanship of the cabinet, as well as a 90-day electrical warranty for electrical component parts. There is no specific warranty on the paint, gaskets or damage caused by corrosion.

Conditions of Limited Warranty

  1. During the term of limited warranty, Woodland Manufacturing Inc. obligation shall be limited to furnishing a replacement for covered, failed components, F.O.B. point of shipment. As long as it is within the warranty period, Woodland Manufacturing Inc. will not charge for repair or replacement for parts returned, freight prepaid, if the part or parts are found by Woodland Manufacturing Inc. to be defective upon examination. Woodland Manufacturing Inc. shall not be liable for transportation charges, labor costs or export duties.
  2. Your Limited Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and proof of purchase is required with your warranty registration to validate your warranty.
  3. Repair or replacement of dry ager parts does not extend the warranty beyond 2 years (or 90-day electrical) from the date of purchase.
  4. Woodland Manufacturing Inc. takes every precaution to utilize materials that retard rust by using high-temperature stainless steel. Even with these safeguards, the protective coatings can be compromised by various substances and conditions beyond Woodland Manufacturing’s control. High temperatures, chlorine, excessive humidity, industrial fumes, lawn pesticides, fertilizers, and salt are some (but not limited to) substances that can affect the paint or metal coatings. For these reasons, the limited warranty DOES NOT COVER RUST OR ALUMINUM OXIDATION OF MATERIAL.
  5. There is no written or implied performance warranty on the dry ager appliances as the manufacturer has no control over installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or type of fuel burned.

How long does it take to dry age meat?

The optimal time range for aging meat depends on a variety of factors. As a general guide, use the following:

  • Fresh Bone-in Beef: 28-45 Days
  • Smoked Sausage: 21 Days
  • Fresh Pork Cuts: 14-21 Days
  • Fresh Fish: 7-14 Days
Do I need to add Water?

No, the Pro Reserve Series features an automatic compressor system to regulate the cabinet environment.

Do I need a salt block?

Himalayan salt blocks are a great visual addition to your dry ager but are not necessary for the safe and effective aging of meat.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy for Reserve 100

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a Reserve 100. Here's our return policy:

  1. Full Refund: You may return your smoker or dry ager, unused and in working condition, within 30 days after delivery for a full refund.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the unit, including freight charges.
  3. Restocking Fee: A $250 restocking fee will apply to all returns, deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Used Units: If the unit has been used and you wish to return it within 30 days, it will undergo an inspection and approval process by our technicians before refunds are processed. Used unit refund will be based on condition of returned unit.
  5. Misuse and Manual: Failure to follow the provided manual or evidence of misuse will result in a void of the refund. In such cases, the unit will be returned to you at your expense.

  • The primary reason I chose Grill Collection is because they had the item I wanted in stock where other sites selling the same item wasn't available till the end of the year. I had already purchased the unit from another website and I really didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund and then waiting for the refund and then turning around and purchasing another unit somewhere else. I purchased the unit from the other website previously because their website said I would receive the unit by the end of July. When the transaction was completed and they finally received the notice from the manufacturer the shipping and receiving dates changed. It was now shipping by Nov 27th and receiving by Dec 2nd, basically I would be waiting half a year to receive my order so that wasn't going to work. By then summer is over!!!   • I had a fantastic experience with the Grill Collection. First when I was shopping online for the Napoleon Prestige 500 grill you had the lowest price online. I was shopping late on a Saturday night and was not expecting anyone to be available to chat to answer some questions but someone was available (I forget his name) and he answered my questions so I placed the order that day. Lastly I know most of these were taking 4 weeks to ship but you were able to ship mine in under 3 weeks, sooner than expected. Post order support was great as well. You should be very proud of the service you provide, few companies have people online available to chat at on the weekends and shipping sooner than expected is rare!
