Optional Infrared Burner for REAL high-heat searing ability on RCS Cutlass Pro Series grills. Now you can add the super cooking performance of infrared to your RCS Cutlass Pro Series grill. This unit is easy to install and replaces one of your existing burners. All you need is a Philips screwdriver and in 10 minutes you're done!
With the infrared option you can cook thin pieces of meat and vegetables in a fraction of the time it usually takes. Fajitas come out cooked on the outside and still tender and juicy on the inside since it cooks so quickly.
Sear your favorite steak and cook it well outside, rare inside or just sear the outside and then move it to one of the conventional burners to slow down the cooking process. This allows you to have a thick steak cooked just like in the finest restaurants!
Vegetables are also fun to cook on an infrared and make great-tasting and healthy appetizers. Just cut larger items in 1/4" thick strips (like zucchini), baste them in an olive oil mix, place on the grill and turn them a couple of times and they are done!
Add an infrared to your RCS grill and really make it an even more diverse and fun cooking machine!

This RCS warranty is effective for products purchased after January 1, 2020 and supersedes all other warranties. This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will effect the look and integrity of the components. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only. Coverage is for residential use only, no commercial or multifamily installations apply.

What is the hood clearance to the wall when the lid is open?
- 4” minimum clearance from the back of the grill to the wall behind it.
How to register my grill?
- We don’t require registration for our products. You only need to retain your proof of purchase (sales receipt) in case you need parts under warranty.
Where is my model number located?
- On the right- or left-hand side of the grill on the outside walls of the grill.
My back burner isn’t lighting. The igniter sparks and I can smell gas but, it will not light.

The primary reason I chose Grill Collection is because they had the item I wanted in stock where other sites selling the same item wasn't available till the end of the year. I had already purchased the unit from another website and I really didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund and then waiting for the refund and then turning around and purchasing another unit somewhere else. I purchased the unit from the other website previously because their website said I would receive the unit by the end of July. When the transaction was completed and they finally received the notice from the manufacturer the shipping and receiving dates changed. It was now shipping by Nov 27th and receiving by Dec 2nd, basically I would be waiting half a year to receive my order so that wasn't going to work. By then summer is over!!! Second and most important reason I chose Grill Collection is because of Erica's awesome customer service, many many thanks to Erica for her service. She finalized my decision based on many factors besides the fact that I'm an Amazon Prime Member and paying through Amazon would work for me as well but also these reasons: 1. I had a fantastic experience with the Grill Collection. First when I was shopping online for the Napoleon Prestige 500 grill you had the lowest price online. I was shopping late on a Saturday night and was not expecting anyone to be available to chat to answer some questions but someone was available (I forget his name) and he answered my questions so I placed the order that day. Lastly I know most of these were taking 4 weeks to ship but you were able to ship mine in under 3 weeks, sooner than expected. Post order support was great as well. You should be very proud of the service you provide, few companies have people online available to chat at on the weekends and shipping sooner than expected is rare!
