Our single-door unit offers a large usable interior volume, durable stainless steel construction, and superior energy efficiency. This model will provide many years of worry-free service and delivers cost-saving eco-friendly energy efficiency with more affordable running costs. This unit utilizes an oversized balanced refrigeration system allowing faster temperature recovery and shorter run times in a busy commercial environment. This unit uses natural hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant as an environmentally responsible choice having low global warming potential and no potential for ozone depletion. All Valpro products are manufactured under strict ISO9001 standards for quality assurance, and to consistently deliver to our customers products that satisfy all expectations. All our products are operated, extensively monitored, and undergo rigorous inspection prior to packaging and shipping.

2-Year Parts & Labor Limited Warranty 5-Year Compressor Replacement Limited Warranty

LIMITED ORIGINAL COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT WARRANTY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

TWO-YEAR PARTS & LABOR LIMITED WARRANTY

VALPRO warrants to the original purchaser of every new VALPRO unit, the cabinet and all parts thereof, to be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by VALPRO, and upon proper installation (indoor only) and start-up in accordance with the instruction manuals supplied with the product. Regardless of actual installation date, the warranty start date shall be (24) months from original date of purchase or (27) months after shipment date from VALPRO, whichever occurs first. Any part covered under this warranty that is determined by VALPRO to have been defective within two (2) years after shipment date is limited to the repair or replacement, including labor charges, of defective parts or assemblies. Warranty is limited to one (1) year for food truck installations, and vehicle must be brought to service company for repair. VALPRO reserves the right to examine any product claimed to be defective, and deny payment for repair of said product deemed not defective. The labor warranty shall include standard straight time labor charges only and travel charges within 100 miles roundtrip. Any service requested outside of a servicer’s normal working hours will be covered under this warranty at the normal service rate. Warranty does not cover standard wear parts which include door gaskets, draw slides, and door hinges. Warranty parts ship ground service. Warranty also does not cover issues caused by improper installation or controller settings, abnormal use, damage by third parties, alterations or lack of basic preventative maintenance which includes regular cleaning of condenser coils and filters. Warranty service is limited to the continental United States.

FIVE-YEAR COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT LIMITED WARRANTY

In addition to the two (2) year warranty stated above, Valpro Commercial Refrigeration (Allied Manufacturing, Inc.) warrants its compressor to be free from defects in both material and workmanship under normal and proper use and maintenance service for a period of three (3) additional years or (5) years from the shipment date.

The three (3) year extended compressor warranty covers the compressor part only, and does not include any other parts, components and excludes labor charges involved with the replacement of the compressor. This (3) year extended compressor part warranty excludes food truck installations which is limited to (1) year parts and labor. The purchaser will have the sole responsibility and bear all expenses including removing and reinstalling the replacement compressor. The compressor failure must be verified by Valpro via a qualified service technician at the end user’s expense. Valpro reserves the right to have the “failed” compressor returned to the factory for inspection before issuing a warranty compressor part only. Compressor warranty is limited to 1 replacement compressor. This extended compressor warranty shall apply only within the continental United States.

134A/404A/HYDROCARBON COMPRESSOR LIMITED WARRANTY

The compressor warranty detailed above will be voided if the following procedure is not adhered to:

  1. The system contains different refrigerant other than manufacturers’ original refrigerant and polyolester lubricant. The polyolester lubricant has rapid moisture absorbing qualities. If long exposure to ambient conditions occurs, the lubricant must be removed and replaced with new lubricant. Failure to comply with the recommended lubricant specification will void the compressor warranty.
  2. Drier replacement is important and must be changed when a system is opened for servicing. The new drier must also meet the same specifications as the drier being replaced.
  3. Micron level vacuums must be achieved to insure low moisture levels in the system.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

Valpro Commercial Refrigeration’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to either repair or replacement of parts, subject to the additional limitations below. This warranty neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume obligations other than those expressly covered by this warranty.

  1. COMMERCIAL USE ONLY WARRANTY: Valpro assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for any circumstance for units installed in non-commercial or residential applications. All Valpro units are designed for commercial use, not residential use.
  2. INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE: Valpro is not responsible for economic loss, profit loss or special, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, losses or damages arising from food or product spoilage claims, whether or not, they were caused by refrigeration failure.
  3. IMPROPER USAGE: Valpro is not responsible for parts or labor coverage for component failure and or other damages resulting from improper usage, installation or failure to clean and/or maintain the unit as set forth in the user’s manual provided with this unit.
  4. THE WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE
  5. RELOCATION OF UINT FOR REPAIR: Valpro is not responsible for the cost to move the unit for any reason from its position of operation on the customer’s premises to make a warranty repair.
  6. ALTERATION, NEGLECT, MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENT, DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT OR INSTALLATION, FIRE, FLOOD, ACTS OF GOD. Valpro is not responsible for malfunctions due to alteration, neglect misuse, abuse, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, storm, and/or other acts of God. Valpro is not responsible for any improper electrical connections resulting from electrical power failure, use of extension cords, and low voltage drops to the unit.

Claims: All claims for parts or labor must be made directly through Valpro Commercial Refrigeration (Allied Manufacturing, Inc.). All claims need include: product model number, product serial number, proof of purchase with purchase date, and all pertinent information supporting the alleged defect. For warranty eligible compressor replacement the compressor tag must be returned to Valpro Commercial Refrigeration (Allied Manufacturing, Inc.) accompanied by the above listed necessary information. Any return authorizations shall be on the basis of transportation charges prepaid. A Valpro provided authorization number is required before the return of any parts or equipment.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VALPRO COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION (ALLIED MANUFACTURING, INC.) BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THE REMEDIES OF THE PURCHASER SET FORTH HERIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF VALPRO COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, INDEMNIFICATION, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE COMPONENT UPON WHICH LIABILITY IS BASED. VALPRO COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PRODUCT, DOWNTIME OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OR, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THE PRODUCT OR ITS USE.

  • The primary reason I chose Grill Collection is because they had the item I wanted in stock where other sites selling the same item wasn't available till the end of the year. I had already purchased the unit from another website and I really didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund and then waiting for the refund and then turning around and purchasing another unit somewhere else. I purchased the unit from the other website previously because their website said I would receive the unit by the end of July. When the transaction was completed and they finally received the notice from the manufacturer the shipping and receiving dates changed. It was now shipping by Nov 27th and receiving by Dec 2nd, basically I would be waiting half a year to receive my order so that wasn't going to work. By then summer is over!!! Second and most important reason I chose Grill Collection is because of Erica's awesome customer service, many many thanks to Erica for her service. She finalized my decision based on many factors besides the fact that I'm an Amazon Prime Member and paying through Amazon would work for me as well but also these reasons: 1.   • I had a fantastic experience with the Grill Collection. First when I was shopping online for the Napoleon Prestige 500 grill you had the lowest price online. I was shopping late on a Saturday night and was not expecting anyone to be available to chat to answer some questions but someone was available (I forget his name) and he answered my questions so I placed the order that day. Lastly I know most of these were taking 4 weeks to ship but you were able to ship mine in under 3 weeks, sooner than expected. Post order support was great as well. You should be very proud of the service you provide, few companies have people online available to chat at on the weekends and shipping sooner than expected is rare!
